Sometimes taking photos gets in the way of taking photos, or at least blogging about it. It's well into the new year, over a third to be exact, and about time I update this blog!

There is a lot of conversation in the photojournalism community about cell phone photography. My take is a lot less serious. They say the best camera is the one you have. I see it as a way to capture memories, just like I would if I had my full kit available. Here are a few from the last few months.
